| Hoffman: | Usually our prices are competitive. Occasionally our price may be higher due to conditions an inexperienced installer might overlook. | Hoffman: | Not likely. We have extensive experience with architects, designers, all types of contractors and end users. We install a broad spectrum of custom systems with specific design and performance properties. Hoffman Floor Covering Corporation is the exclusive installer for some of these systems. There are hundreds of different types of poured floors. Since we are approved applicators for most manufacturers, we make sure that the right product will be properly installed to meet the specific requirements for your application. |
| Customer: | I notice that you have a one-year warranty. I got a lifetime warranty with my watch. |
| Hoffman: | A one-year warranty is standard in our industry. If there is a problem, you will know about it within weeks. When we install the floor, it will bond permanently to the concrete. The only way to remove it is to remove some of the concrete with it. If the floor gets scratched or damaged, it's easy to repair. There have been times that we've repaired floors years after our warranty expired, at no cost to our customer. |
| Customer: | I've had experience with some contractors who don't show up when they're supposed to, or they start another job in the middle of my job and hold me up. |
